Stitch Cinema is Florette Lane’s signature gathering: a night where film, handwork, and community come together.

For No. 002, we’re bringing the summer energy with Mamma Mia!, a pre-movie Stitching Hour, simplified ticket options, and an open invitation for stitchers of all kinds.

Needlepoint is our first love, but knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross stitch, and other handwork are welcome.

FLSC FAQs

Do I have to needlepoint?

No. Needlepoint is our first love, but all handwork is welcome, including knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross stitch, and other portable projects.

Do I need experience?

Nope! No experience is required. This is a relaxed creative gathering, not a formal class.

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely. Many guests come solo and leave with new friends! Stitch Cinema is designed to make it easy to connect, especially with the addition of the new Stitching Hour.

What is the difference between the ticket options?

Seat Only includes your event admission and Stitching Hour access.

Seat + Canvas Kit includes your event admission, Stitching Hour access, and the themed canvas kit listed on the product page.

Do I get a physical ticket?

You will not receive a physical ticket for the event. You only need to tell the ticket handler that you are there for Florette Lane Stitch Cinema. They will direct you to the theater where someone will check you in.

What time should I arrive?

Stitching Hour runs from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. The movie starts at 7:00 PM. Come a little early if you want to purchase snacks before Stitching Hour begins.

What do I need to bring with me?

Bring your current needlepoint, knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross stitch, or handwork project.

✨Pro Tip:If you have a portable light, bring it along as it can be helpful once the lights dim a bit. If you're looking for a rec, I like this one from Amazon.

You may also want to bring your favorite tools, scissors, laying tool, project bag, or anything else you normally use while working.

What does one wear to Stitch Cinema?

We're nothing if we're not about comfort at Florette Lane. Where whatever you like. Think cozy, relaxed, and creative-night-out energy.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets and event kits are limited and may be final sale. That said, if it's early enough, we may be able to transfer your ticket if you sell it to someone you know. Please check the product page for the refund terms that apply to your ticket.
